It’s that time of year, SUPER SUNDAY! You know, so many people believe that living a Christian life is the path to nothing but super smooth sailing, with God as Heavenly Santa Claus constantly providing blessing after blessing with no sign of misery in sight. Life is full of candy bars, gum drops, butterflies, bright skies, green fields, front row seatings, and all is wonderful. If that is your understanding of the Christian life, what do you do when life does not work out that way — when things just do not turn out right? What do we do in those times that are full of suffering and pain — where we are left with scars of grieve and hurt. Where is God in all of this?
In week four of the I Have No Clue series, we will look at how through suffering and scars, God uses it all to show His glory while molding and strengthening us in through our scars.
