Movie Night (6:00pm - August 27th) – We are excited to share a powerful movie titled A Great Awakening. Before the American Revolution there was an American Revelation and this inspiring film tells the story of ordinary people encountering an extraordinary move of God—hearts being stirred, lives being changed, and communities experiencing revival. It’s a reminder that when God’s Spirit moves, hope rises and faith is renewed. We encourage you to join us in watching this uplifting film and celebrating what God is doing in our world today. Wednesday Morning Bible Study – Beginning September 2 we will be studying Dr. David Jeremiah’s work “The Holy Spirit You May Not Know”. This 11 week study will help believers understand the Holy Spirit and how He can walk with you in your daily life as your Helper, Comforter, Counselor, and Friend. Sessions begin at 10 am. Operation Christmas Child - July Collection Focus-During the month of July, we’re collecting “wow” (fun) Items which will be used later this fall during the Haven Kid’s Packing Party. We’re collecting quality fun items such as toys, soccer balls with pumps, stuffed animals, dolls, jewelry making kits, sewing kits with material, hobby kits, large toy truck or car. Donations may be placed in the collection bin located in the lobby. Thank you once again for supporting this ministry and helping us share the love of Jesus with children around the world.
Elkton Community Kitchen - Community Kitchen at Elkton Presbyterian Church – Friday, August 14th. We will be serving approximately 70 people a hot meal in the dining hall, and we also have a meal to take home for a foster family of 8. HavenKids 2026 VBS – Haven Kids - VBS is HERE!! Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.
