Rooted Women’s Group Bible Study – In our Bibles, we have four Gospels describing Jesus’s time on earth: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The land of Israel—the place Jesus walked and taught during His earthly ministry—is often referred to as the “fifth Gospel.” Follow Kristi McLelland through Israel as we study snapshots from the Gospel of Luke to see where the stories of the Bible took place. Over 7 sessions, challenge the way you read the accounts of Jesus through teaching videos that take you to locations in Israel like Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, Gethsemane, Jerusalem, and the road to Emmaus. Along the way, you'll see how Jesus, the Messiah, brought His kingdom to earth for everybody.  The study will begin on March 5, 2026 at 6:30 pm at Haven Community Church. Book and Study Guide available on Amazon. See Bobbie Burke or email growth@havencc.org

Fighting Homelessness in Our Community - For the next six weeks, Haven’s Helping Hands will focus on the issue of homelessness in our community and region. Since 2014, this has been a major part of our outreach—representing nearly a quarter of our efforts. Over the years, we have served meals, supported shelters, and provided food, clothing, emergency supplies, and financial support to those in need.

This year, we invite the congregation to join us by donating food, supplies, and gently used clothing for those experiencing homelessness. A list of needed items can be found in the lobby or online.

On Sunday, May 17, we will hold a Sorting Party to organize the donations. The collected items will support the work of Meeting Ground in Elkton, and Hope Dealers Outreach, which serves those on the streets in Kensington and Baltimore.

Men’s Breakfast – Men, if you like good fellowship and food, the Men’s breakfast is the first Saturday of each month. We meet at 8:00 A M at JoJo’s in Elkton. For more info see Rig Mullin or Bob Ward.

GriefShare Support Group - At a GriefShare group, you’ll find understanding, guidance, relief, and a safe place to navigate the challenges of grief. Come join us! Help and encouragement after the death of a loved one. Register for the next session starting Monday 1/19/26 to 5/4/26 at 6:30pm.
