Need for Approval

Galatians 1:1-24

Do you ever wake up in the morning, put on you clothes and say to yourself, “If I where that, so and so might think I’m trying to…..” Or, if I say that someone will think this or that about me.” Have you ever been surrounded by complete strangers who say or do things you don’t agree with but you end up nodding and agreeing so you get along and hold your tongue so you get the approval of so many. Finally, have you found yourself at a point in life where you are living your life to please someone else? Maybe it was a parent, partner, grandparent, friend, etc., but honestly you are miserable and out of place, feeling as you are wasting your life by living for the approval of others. For some weird reason, we all find ourselves needing and seeking approval of others; yet, often we do not strive or seek the approval of God.
