The duty of the Board of Directors, and its members is to:

Perform any and all duties imposed on them collectively or individually by law, by the articles of incorporation, or by the bylaws of the organization; Appoint and remove, employ and discharge, and, except as otherwise provided in the bylaws, prescribe the duties and fix the compensation, if any, of all officers, agents, and employees of the corporation; Supervise all officers, agents, and employees of the corporation to assure that their duties are performed properly; Meet at such times and places as required by the bylaws;

Donna has worked for the State of Delaware at Delaware Tech Community College for the past 21 years. She is the Fiscal Services Manager overseeing Stanton and Wilmington campuses budgets. She is part of their Middle States team. She was born in Texas and graduated from Lee College with her associates degree in Business and Accounting. She is married to Bill for 38 years. Wesley Hewitt

Wes worked for DuPont at the Chambers works site in New Jersey. In August of 1971, he started an apprenticeship for Sheet Metal. He then attended Salem Community College and graduated from their Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program in May of 1975. Paul Heath

Paul Heath is a a director in the firm of Richards, Layton and Finger in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department, practices in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and creditor’s rights, focusing primarily on the representation of debtors, secured creditors, purchasers, committees and other parties in interest in chapter 11 cases. D.R. Barton received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and his MBA from the University of Delaware.
