Donna has worked for the State of Delaware at Delaware Tech Community College for the past 21 years. She is the Fiscal Services Manager overseeing Stanton and Wilmington campuses budgets. She is part of their Middle States team.
She was born in Texas and graduated from Lee College with her associates degree in Business and Accounting. She is married to Bill for 38 years. They have two children Travis and Heather and three grandchildren. They moved to Delaware in 1986 and then to North East, Maryland in 1991.
Prior to joining Haven Community Church, Donna was a member of North East United Methodist Church where she held various leadership roles and on the Leadership team. She is the Leader of the Caring Ministries at Haven Community Church and Stephen Minister.
