Paul Heath is a a director in the firm of Richards, Layton and Finger in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department, practices in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and creditor’s rights, focusing primarily on the representation of debtors, secured creditors, purchasers, committees and other parties in interest in chapter 11 cases. Paul has served as lead counsel in several large chapter 11 cases and as co-counsel in numerous significant chapter 11 matters. Additionally, Paul provides advice and legal opinions regarding Delaware law in true sale, true lease and true contribution matters.
Paul graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Delaware.
