Over the next few weeks, we’ll talk honestly about the emotions we love and the ones we would rather avoid, learn how to name them without shame, and discover practical ways to let God use those feelings to shape us. Bring whatever you’re feeling, the good, the confusing, the painful, and let’s sit with it together, trusting that God meets us right where our hearts are.
