HavenKids Ministry
At Haven Community Church, our children and their walk with the Lord is very important to us. God has blessed our church with amazing teachers and staff who are committed to teaching each and every child about the love of God, and how He created each of them for a specific purpose. We strive to provide opportunities and an environment for all children and youth to know Christ, to grow in their relationship with Him, to serve God in their homes and communities and to become powerful witnesses in the world.
Sunday Morning Outlook
HavenKids is available for all children from infants through 6th grade. Parents can register their children at one of our three hallway check-in centers. Children will join their parents in the sanctuary for worship and then will be dismissed for Sunday School from there.
Serving in HavenKids
Serving in HavenKids is an amazing opportunity to grow in your faith, lead by example, impact the next generation, and have fun doing so! We provide all of the curriculum and resources needed so that serving is both FUN and EASY! If you are interested in serving email us @ sunday-school@havencc.org.
Please note: we will perform background and reference checks on all potential Children’s Ministry volunteers.
Safety
HavenKids uses a unique, computer-generated security sticker check-in system. Children will only be released to the person with the matching pick-up sticker. Additionally, HavenKids staff and volunteers undergo extensive background checks. If you notice a safety or security concern during your time at Haven, please notify a member of our staff or safety team promptly so that together, we can continue keeping our kids safe.
