The purpose of the Card Ministry is to foster fellowship within our church family and beyond by sending cards and notes of encouragement.
Card Requests Form
Each week many people are lifted in prayer, either during Sunday worship or via prayer requests received on line. We send cards and notes of encouragement to let them know we are praying for them. And, in response to our calling to encourage one another – to rejoice with those who rejoice, and mourn with those who mourn — we send cards to celebrate joyful occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and other special achievements, as well as to express compassion in times of illness and loss.
We encourage you to provide us with names and addresses and the occasions to be remembered, and we will send cards from Haven Community Church. We are also always looking for folks to join us, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have an interest in helping us fulfill this aspect of Haven’s Caring Ministry.
