God has blessed us with very gifted children. They provided a true gift to the congregation thru word, song and action. They worked hard to make sure God’s message came thru.
We moved into a new building this year, after years of worshiping in North East Middle School. As part of the build-out we encouraged members to write scriptures on the floor before we layed the carpet. Every one from families to children wrote what was meaningful to them as we entered this new phase of our ministry.
With a new building coming and a nursery to fit out, what else would a family do then to have a baby shower.
Dedicating a church doesn’t have to be boring. Food and games can be a part of God’s plan for our ministry. Puppies and clowns even showed up to celebrate our new building for God’s work in North East. We also dedicated the Bell Cafe, in memory of one of our trustees (Tom Racine) who started us on this faith journey.
Our first Christmas in the new building. Music is a part of every service, and so is an occasional goofy shirted pastor.
It took many hands with different talents to complete our new building. God used everyone and the talents he gave them to deliver a wonderful facility we can use to fulfill our mission to “Know-Grow-Serve-Share”
Food, games, fellowship, and fun are all part of a church families annual church picnic. Join us and share in this amazing time each year.
Our children learned how to make crosses out of palm leaves. And they also had food, fun, and learned about things coming.
Members of the Haven family worked hard serving the community during Servefest. One of the projects was to build a ramp for one of our own members.
